American Airlines Arena

 

Located Downtown Miami, Florida and home of the three-time NBA Champion Miami HEAT, The American Airlines Arena is an entertainment and sports arena. The American Airlines Arena has 76 private boxes, 80 luxury suites and 2,105 club seats and was constructed in early 1998, as a substitute for the Miami Arena.

The Waterfront Theatre

 

The Waterfront Theatre within the arena is considered Florida’s largest theatre. This can be configured for musical theatre, concerts, family events, cultural events and various other stage shows. The Waterfront Theatre is a state-of-the-art theatre which is housed within the arena that can seat between 1000 – 6000.

Transportation

 

Those who drive to the arena should be aware of the traffic congestion after events which can cause delays and are encouraged to take Metrobus, Metromover or Metrorail as parking can be expensive and scarce.
