With crimson sails at full mast fluttering in the breeze and a bronze brown hull bobbing up and down in the waters of the Victoria Harbour one will find the Aqua Luna, a boat for relaxation, entertainment, and merrymaking. Drive past the hotels in Kowloon Hong Kong, head south passing the Kowloon Park and Hotel Pravo Hong Kong, proceed towards the waterfront and you will find one pier from which you can ascend the liner. On the opposite shore, adjacent to the Hong Kong Maritime Museum and another pier near the Golden Bauhinia Square can also be used to access the Aqua Luna which operates throughout the day hosting walk – in guests as well as groups.

There are a number of packages and tours you can choose from. You could discuss your next big strategic plan with your business partner while being inspired by the Hong Kong skyline over lunch or you could hop aboard one of their ‘hop on and hop off’ tours where you get to visit the Hung Hom neighbourhood, the renowned Avenue of Stars, the Maritime Museum and a number of other top destinations. If you are someone who romances with twilight, take the evening cruise where you can watch the sunset, unwind on a lounge bed and experience the Symphony of Lights. The Aqua Luna does not take a break during weekends; it operates what is fondly known as the ‘Stanley Cruise’ in the afternoon on both days of the weekend and you can shop at the Stanley Market, which is a grand and buzzing trading centre.

‘Junk’ type boats came into existence in China in the 8th century and since then they have evolved and progressed in many aspects. They were suitable for sea voyages even back then, but the Aqua Luna is a much more sophisticated and comfortable vessel that is suitable for recreational purposes in addition to being seaworthy.
