Baxian Mountain in Tianjin – A Sanctuary of Natural Beauty

A great place to visit for nature lovers, Baxian Mountain and its nature reserve provides a fascinating outdoor adventure. Made up of deep gullies, flowing brooks and ridges & peaks, this attraction is also referred to as the “Green Kingdom” due to the abundance of lush forests, plants and animal life too. A perfect spot for hiking especially during summer, Baxian Mountain is where one will find several key places of interest including the expansive Pine Forests Baths where one can seem pine trees bloom at the start of summer and Cricket Cage Peak which is a little over 1,000 metres above sea level and considered Tianjin City’s highest peak. Also of note is the Baxian Table, a natural table like stone formation which is tied in with the legend of the mountain.
