The Living Wetland Gallery located inside the park is home to both live specimens and realistic models of fauna that is native to the country. These include local species such as the mouse deer, green turtle, false gharial.

The park also houses all manners of bird life inside its three bird hides which amateur ornithologists would love to observe while on holiday.

Travelling with the kids? There are many attractions that they will love in Hong Kong; just check out online travel blogs such as Well Known Places or similar others.

However, while this wet land park isn’t a traditional theme park like Disney Land, for example, it is one of the more educational sorts of local amusement parks that you can take the children to.

They can learn about all sorts of wetland wildlife as well as about the negative environmental impacts brought about by urbanisation. What other park will educate them better about important matter such as the significance of preserving natural habitats and not disrupting ecosystems?
