Home to some of the Lion City’s finest rollercoaster rides, Universal Studios is a one-stop entertainment hub for families. Here are the rides and experiences families can’t afford to miss during a tour of the theme park.

Despicable Me Minion Mayhem

This 8-minute motion simulator experience in Minion Land is a big hit with children of all ages as the ride takes participants through Gru’s laboratory.

Battlestar Galactica

Travellers occupying Novotel Singapore on Kitchener or any other suites or family rooms in Singapore must experience the “ world’s tallest duelling roller coaster” at Universal Studios Theme Park. Named Battlestar Galactica: Human vs. Cylon, this ride is suitable for families with teens and pre-teens rather than those holidaying with smaller children.

Transformers The Ride

Families with a love of all things Transformers must buy tickets for this popular rollercoaster ride which combines 3D technology with motion simulations. Located in Sci-Fi City, it is one of the best 3D battle rides at Universal Studios.

Revenge of the Mummy

The Ancient Egypt enclave’s Revenge of the Mummy is one of the few indoor rollercoaster rides in the theme park which transports families to the land of the Pharos using state-of-the-art special effects.

The Dance for the Magic Beans

Shrek fans, on the other hand, can snap selfies with Kitty Softpaws and Puss in Boots in Universal Studio’s Far Far Away enclosure.
