The size of this subterranean wonderland enables it to hold around thirty commercial jets, and it is located about 100 km outside of Muscat, the capital of Oman. Its dimensions are 310 metres by 225 metres, and the ceiling, which is around 120 metres high, is only about 40 metres thick.
