Finding the Right Area
Koh Samui has several popular areas, most centred around beaches. Chaweng Beach is one of the most well-known offering thrilling water sports and nightlife. For a more laid-back setting, Phang Ka Beach home to Avani+ Samui Resort is a great option, while Fisherman’s Village in Bohput has an old world charm about it. Lamai and Bang Rak with their beaches are also well-liked and worth visiting.
