Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates, is one of the most popular tourist destinations of the Middle East. Serving as the seat of government of the UAE and a hub of cultural and financial activity, Abu Dhabi is home to many iconic tourist attractions such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the Emirates Palace, the Yas Island Marina Circuit, and the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, A great hotel to stay in when you travel to Abu Dhabi is the luxury Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa by Anantara.

The UAE is home to many water parks which adults will love, but kids never had a water park designed just for them. That is until Murjan Splash Park opened in 2012. This water park is dedicated just for kids, so that they can splash around in the water and have all the fun they want. With no level of standing water that could pose any real hazard for kids, the Murjan Splash Park is a place that children can freely play and express themselves while adults can relax and let their kids have fun.

The Murjan Splash Park is located in Khalifa Park and has six attractions. The main attraction, the Main Play Structure, is a structure over a shallow pool with four winding slides, a crawl tunnel, a water gun station, a water wheel, and a giant tipping bucket. Kids can play all sorts of games on this structure, making it the most popular attraction of the park. Other attractions include the Water Waters; a water balloons slinging battlefield, the Lily Pad Hop; with four trampolines and harnesses allowing kids to jump and perform all sorts of mid air stunts, and the Surf Wrangler; where kids can test their skills of balancing on a mechanical surfboard. The Bumper Boats and the Lazy River Ride also offer heaps of fun. With amazing lightshows, and entertaining and interactive light and sound displays to complement the attractions, the Murjan Splash Park is without a doubt a kid’s dream come true.
