A liveable, lovable city of charming landscapes and an attractive culture, Melbourne should be one of the cities to explore in your bucket list.

Explore Yarra River

Let’s kick-off things with a cruise ride across Yarra River to capture the beauty of riverside gardens and lush parklands. On the banks of the river, you can find the Southbank and Arts centre. Try out their cafés and catch a show at one of the theatres.

What to do in Box Hill

Off you go to find the best things to do in Box Hill. On top of that list would be visiting the Dandenong Ranges. Located half an hour’s drive away from Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences, the ranges are blessed with greenery, waterfalls and captivating views from the top. While you are at it, catch a ride on the ‘Puffing billy’ steam engine.

Explore the ‘fashion capital’

Catch the free shuttle from the CBD to Chadstone to check out ‘the fashion capital’ (Chadstone shopping centre). They’ve got expensive stuff, but the quality is great too.

Explore St Kilda

Once, you’ve had enough of shopping or window shopping, take your merry self-off to St Kilda Esplanade. Go for a dip in the salty depths, soak up the sun and don’t forget to meet the penguins.

Catch the coffee culture

On your final day in Melbourne, go coffee shop and restaurant shopping and simply stroll around the Southbank. Abandon care and walk without resolution.
