Overview

Opened on February 12, 1998, The Wild Wadi Water Park is one of the must-visit places during your visit to Dubai. The park itself is a part of a famous Abu Dhabi hotel resort chain is located amidst many luxury resorts the likes of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and more. The park features over 30 water-related rides and many other attractions.

The Wave pool

Plunge into the largest wave pool in the Middle East that produces waves that reach heights of over 1.5 metres. People of all ages are permitted to swim and can have fun at the pool but the park affirms that children should be under parental supervision at all times.

Wipe-out and Riptide

Being one of the main attractions of the park, Wipeout and Riptide feature one of the only rides that shoot over seven tonnes of water per second to produce a realistic wave effect that is ideal for body boarding and Knee boarding. Please do know that this ride is for guests over 1.1 metres in height.

Tantrum alley

This is a thrill ride, which will take you on an exhilarating ride on a water slide that also features three water tornadoes. You get to ride on a tube that can accommodate up to four people. The ride has a thrill rating of five out of five and this is one of the rides you should never miss on your visit to the Wild Wadi Water Park.

The Jumeirah Sceirah

This massive water slide allows you to slide down a tube that is a whopping 120 metres long and can make you slide at an insane speed of 80 km/h with a rush of thrill and excitement. Unfortunately being a thrill ride, this attraction too has a height limit of 1.1 metres.
