Black Mountain Water Park is only a short drive from the heart of town. The water park spans an impressive forty thousand square meters and is one of the most popular attractions Hua Hin has to offer. Since opening its doors just four years ago, the park has attracted thousands of visitors.

The highlight of Black Mountain is the seventeen meter high tower which spouts nine different ‘sliders’, all for your amusement! ‘The Bee’ is a sixteen meter high and seventy six meter long slide that two riders can shoot down together – or take ‘The Purple Speed’ an open slide that lets you reach dizzying speeds of up to fifty kilometres per hour. The park consists of seven pools that each offer a different experience, two of which are especially for kids. Adults, you may prefer the ‘Spa Pool’ which is essentially a jacuzzi or catch your breath between the more thrilling rides by floating down ‘The Lazy River’. ‘The Wave Pool’ has the biggest waves in the country and is not to be missed. After a day of family fun action at Black Mountain Water Park, you will need to check into the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa to get a much needed good night’s rest!

This attraction can ideally take a few hours or up to a day depending on how much fun you are having! The park is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm. The entrance fee for adults is 600 baht, 300 baht for kids, while very young kids can walk in for free. Black Mountain takes safety seriously with trained staff, including experienced lifeguards stationed at each pool and equipment that adheres to safety regulations. You can also rent a locker for your valuables, grab food and drink from a kiosk or the restaurant area and last but not least pick out a souvenir at The Water Park Pro Shop before you leave.
