The Children’s Museum in Muscat, Oman showcases an array of interactive scientific displays mainly focused on children within the ages of 6 – 12 years. Most of what is showcased is hands-on learning tasks which are based on different scientific concepts.

The exhibition section of the museum is divided into three areas, including human life, physics and observation which investigate the development of science through the years. Some of the other experiences that the museum offers include a fake electric shock, triggering a lightning bolt, launching a hot air balloon and sending messages through a whisper dish.
